Every month, our Wendy picks her favourite cheese from the Larder’s award-winning cheese counter.
In honour of St Patrick's Day, this month's cheese is Cahill Porter. Made in County Limerick, this cow's milk cheese is infused with a dark porter ale, giving it its distinctive marbeled appearance.

"Creamy and tangy, Cahill Porter is almost pickle in taste. Pairs well with a lovely pint of Guinness for St Patrick's Day, or any other day!"
