
Every month, our Wendy picks her favourite cheese from the Larder’s award-winning cheese counter.
This month's pick is St Andrews Cheddar, all the way from St Andrews Farmhouse on East Neuk of Fife where Jane Stewart and her partner have been farming for over 50 years.
In 2007 they decided to make St Andrews Cheddar from the unpasteurised milk from their herd of Friesian Holstein cows.
