Gift Voucher

Ordered a gift voucher....that's why it's called a gift!
A week later after ordering I had to ring the shop because it still hadn't arrived. The reply I got was "Oh sorry, we have been too busy with catering for people. We will post it tomorrow" REALLY!!!! So no one checks on emails/orders etc???? 2 day's later the Gift Voucher still had not arrived, after ringing the shop 5 times someone eventually answered the phone, to inform me that they had just posted the voucher that morning! I am still waiting for notice to say that it had actually been sent! Very disppointed in the service & I won't be purchasing again!!!! Although my family seemed to enjoy spending the Voucher, once they had recieved it.....even if they didn't get a lot for the money.

I bought gift cards for my sisters who live in the local area. They were delivered promptly. My sisters were delighted and are looking forward to visiting. Would be even better if they were e vouchers but perhaps this is harder to set up. Would definitely recommend as a lovely way to surprise a relative or friend.

Bought some Xmas vouchers following a successful trip to the Larder cafe. Grandma is very happy with them.
